1. Our Original Music

All music tracks and stems on traaacks! are original compositions created and owned by Dar Golan. We do not host third-party content or user-uploaded music. All content is protected by German and international copyright law.

2. Copyright Respect Policy

traaacks! respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. We respond to valid copyright infringement notices under both German copyright law (Urheberrechtsgesetz - UrhG) and the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for international compliance.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe someone is using your copyrighted work without permission on our platform, please contact us immediately. Given that we only host original music by Dar Golan, such cases would be exceptional and require immediate investigation.

4. Required Information for Copyright Claims

To file a copyright infringement notice, please provide:

• Your full name and contact information (address, phone, email)
• Description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• Specific identification of the allegedly infringing content on traaacks.com
• Evidence of your ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• Statement that the information is accurate and you're authorized to act
• Your physical or electronic signature

Project Submissions: Users may submit projects showcasing their use of our music. By submitting, users confirm:

• They own or have rights to all submitted content
• Their submission doesn't infringe third-party rights
• They grant us permission to display their project

We moderate all submissions and remove any content that appears to infringe copyrights.

7. License Violations

If you discover someone violating the terms of our music license (e.g., reselling our tracks, claiming ownership), please report it to us. We take license violations seriously and will take appropriate action including:

• Account termination
• Legal action if necessary
• Cooperation with law enforcement

8. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This must include the same contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was due to mistake.

9. False Claims and Abuse

Making false copyright claims may result in legal liability under German and international law. We reserve the right to seek damages for false or abusive takedown notices. Only submit notices if you have a genuine good faith belief that infringement has occurred.

10. Processing and Response Time

We typically respond to valid copyright notices within 5 working days. Given our limited content scope (only original music), investigations are usually swift. You will receive confirmation when your notice has been processed.

11. Applicable Law

This policy is governed by German copyright law (UrhG) and EU intellectual property regulations. For international users, we also comply with DMCA safe harbor provisions where applicable.
